    Noel and Henry wanted a medieval inspired theme wedding.  To achieve this, I used wildflowers and herbs for floral arrangements as well as wine bottles for centerpieces.  Fruits, breads, and oils were scattered on the tables to continue and enhance the medieval theme.  The head table was elaborately decorated with silver candelabras and colorful flower arrangements.  Family tables were decorated with wrought iron candle holders and colorful flowers.  Friends were seated at the far end tables with less elaborate flower arrangements and wine bottles to help catch the light from the candles. Guests were served a light lunch consisting of roast beef and ham sandwiches, assorted salads, and punch. The afternoon went off with out a hitch!  The bride and groom performed Polish traditions and danced to a rousing German Polka.
